About the Programme
As a non-profit organisation with a high focus on the development of individuals at/below the pyramid, a major way to achieve this goal is to raise talents who will cascade this change that is being anticipated. Due to the challenge young people face in transitioning from school to work, the organisation is more than ever, dedicated to helping youths and young adults gain relevant skills to penetrate the corporate space especially the development sector through the annual internship programme directed to graduates from universities, polytechnic/monotechnic and college of education.

Demography
The internship programme is open to graduates between the ages of 18 and 27 years of age; who reside in Abuja for the duration of the programme (12 months).
Goals & Objectives
The goal of the annual internship programme is to help fresh-out-of-school graduates gain relevant skills and experience to penetrate the corporate space.
The objectives of the programme are that young graduates are able to:
- Build the right behavioural competencies for the workplace
- Develop leadership competencies for the workplace
- Acquire organisational competencies to thrive effectively in the workplace
- Obtain functional/technical competencies through hands-on experience to better position interns for employment.
